Technical Manager Nuclear Equipment

Position
As part of the PALLAS Design Authority (DA), you have two focal points: 1) the assessment of nuclear equipment and 2) management of discussions and sessions for ANVS and AKI (Aangewezen Instelling).
This means a great variety of tasks and responsibilities, that go from preparing presentations and agreements, to package releasing and reviewing of documents on DA scope for Reactor a Systems. A summary of your key responsibilities:

- Release technical specifications and documents;
- Review procurement and manufacturing engineering documentation;
- Engineering monitoring during Procurement and Manufacturing;
- Control of configuration and field changes;
- Review of verification and validation plans;

Profile
Ideally you have a background in the nuclear industry. But if you gained your experience in another industry with comparable high safety standards, we encourage you to apply, especially if you have experience with project management and Systems Engineering. Other criteria are:

- A relevant bachelor or Master degree;
- Multiple years of relevant experience;Experience with ASME VIII / B31 and PED;
- Experience with Mechanical Design;
- Experience with Rotating Equipment (Machinery Directive), Eurocode 3 or ASME III / KTA) is  a plus;
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
