As one of our colleagues in this team, you are indispensable when it comes to medical production, experimental research, and maintenance of nuclear installations. The impact of Safety, Quality and Compliance: putting safety into practice
Working in Safety & Quality means putting safety into daily practice. You establish processes, monitor implementation, and ensure that everything is traceable. Strict guidelines apply because you are working with nuclear energy and nuclear medicines. These guidelines apply both internally and externally. You therefore continuously check against national and international standards. These include licensing requirements, GMP guidelines, and established internal working protocols. Compliance is the cornerstone of this process: together we ensure that we continue to comply with guidelines and that this remains verifiable.
The various areas of expertise within this field
Ensuring safety at NRG PALLAS requires a range of expertise. For example, as a safety expert, you inspect workplaces and assess risks. Or, as a radiation expert, you prevent exposure to radioactive substances. As a quality officer, you document procedures and monitor their implementation. Do you work as a compliance officer?
