At NRG PALLAS, we are dedicated to nurture the next generation. Our 18-month intensive trainee program is designed to develop young, talented professionals and guide them into key roles within the nuclear sector. Each year, we welcome new graduates to join our team, offering technical university graduates the opportunity to explore the diverse fields of Medical Isotope Solutions, Nuclear Energy Solutions, and PALLAS Programme.
Growing as nuclear talent
NRG PALLAS offers an extensive traineeship programme for talented science graduates who want to pursue a career in the nuclear field. Every year in september, a new group of up to six enthusiastic science graduates starts the programme. International candidates with a strong background in nuclear science are also welcome to apply.
To prepare you fully for a meaningful career, the traineeship is built around three pillars 👇
Personal effectiveness
You will get to know yourself better, train your communication skills, work on your confidence, and learn how to make an impact as part of a team.
Project-based learning
You will work on specific projects within various departments and teams. This will allow you to discover what suits you best, gain broad experience, and learn to switch between different fields.
Coaching & community
You will be assigned a permanent coach for the entire duration of the programme. In addition, you will organise a social event with your group of trainees every quarter because connecting with each other is just as important as growing in your profession.
From Delft to the world of nuclear
Nwankwo started as a trainee at NRG PALLAS with no prior experience in the nuclear sector — motivated by a strong sense of curiosity. Today, he works as a junior supply chain manager for short-lived isotopes, overseeing daily processes that contribute to life-saving healthcare.
