Position
In your new function you will:
- Contribute to the successful completion of national and international projects;
- Take the lead of product and business development;
- Lead national and international projects in your field of expertise;
- Develop and maintain a network of specialists and decision makers;
- Actively participate to project acquisition;
- Represent NRG PALLAS at national and international events and in international workgroups.
Other relevant tasks:
- Contribute to research projects.
In this function you will report to- and work closely together with the team manager.
In this position you might be required to travel according to the arising needs (e.g. for client on-site support, attendance to events).
Profile
- You have an engineering MSc, preferably in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. Other relevant MSc (such as Nuclear Engineering) are also considered if accompanied by the relevant working experience;
- You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the nuclear field.
- Experience in plant life management – ageing management – long term operation - licensing projects is a plus;
- You have proven records of successful project management;
- In approaching project management you prefer a pragmatic and agile approach oriented to results achievement;
- You like to take on you responsibility and are accountable;
- You have outstanding communication and social skills;
- You are proactive and self supporting;
- You have excellent fluence in English (written and spoken). You are fluent or willing to study the Dutch language. Extra languages skills are a pre;
- You are culturally aware;
- You are keen to promote the company, build and maintain a network of specialists and decision makers;
- You like to deliver quality work, on budget and on time;
- You are ambitious and driven to demonstrate excellence.
Team
The AM|LTO team assists our partners in the nuclear industry in the many challenges arising from an ageing fleet, the necessity of reliable operations beyond initial design life and an ever evolving set of regulatory requirements.
The AM|LTO team was created in 2021 on the basis of successes achieved during Long Term Operations related projects as LTO-1 Borssele (NL), LTO Ringhals (SWE), LTO HFR (NL) and LTO Atucha I (ARG).
A Certificate of Good Conduct (Dutch: Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) is a part of the selection procedure.
