Your role
You will be the first point of contact for questions about our Document Management System (DMS). You will work closely with Document Controllers from our contractors and promote a clear and consistent working method for our DMS. Your tasks in summary:
- Managing document flows (registration, distribution, approval and archiving);
- Training and supporting users;
- Compliancy check of meta data;
- Checking document formats;
- Problem identification and support in solving these;
You can rely on the professional guidance of our experienced Document Controllers. They will be happy to teach you the profession of Document Controller or help you further professionalise your Document Control skills.
Your profile
Experience with Document Control is an advantage, but not a requirement! You are an active self-starter, work well with others and have an eye for detail. The other most important must-haves are:
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
- Experience with a DMS and/or Sharepoint is a clear advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Good knowledge of Ms Office, Excel and Word in particular;

Team
The purpose of Information Management (IM) within the PALLAS Programme is to ensure that the right information is delivered to the right people, at the right time, in the right format—to support efficient decision-making, collaboration, and programme delivery. The IM Department has three main focus areas: Document, Graphical (BIM) and Non-graphical data Management. It also has a dedicated development team of data engineers and analysts ensures that data from a substantial variety of sources (suppliers, contractors, etc), is accurate and available for various applications and user interfaces. IM is a well balanced mix of young professionals and seasoned experts from various backgrounds and nationalities. Collaboration across the different teams is very explicit and one of the key factors of IM’s success.
