Learning Specialist

Position

As a Learning Specialist, you support the operational readiness of NRG PALLAS by designing, implementing and continuously improving learning programmes that enhance employee competence, organisational capability and regulatory compliance.

Your key responsibilities:

- Analysing learning and competency needs with subject matter experts;
- Developing and maintaining training resources
- Translating operational and technical requirements into effective learning solutions;
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of learning programmes;
- Monitoring learning effectiveness and driving continuous improvement;
- Advising stakeholders on competence development and learning approaches;
- Ensuring compliance with organisational procedures and regulatory requirements related to training and competence management.

Profile

You have professional experience in training, learning and development or technical training and can translate operational requirements into practical and effective learning solutions. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

The most important requirements:

- MBO+/HBO (Bachelor) level education;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training. Competence Management or Technical Training;
- Experience in a technical, industrial or regulated environment is strongly preferred;
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles and digital learning solutions;
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS);
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.

Team

You will become part of the Nuclear Training team within the Operational Readiness PALLAS Programme. The team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the learning, training and competence framework required to prepare the future PALLAS organisation for safe, compliant and effective operations.

Together with operational departments and subject matter experts, the team ensures that employees possess the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to meet organisational objectives and regulatory expectations.
